Split Donation Option:
Allocate $5,000 to a CECFL-listed non-profit and direct the remaining $5,000 to any qualifying organization under section 1101.01 (a)(2) – which can include Paradiso College Preparatory (Corporación para el desarrollo de escuelas alianzas de PR).
For donors holding a Law 22-2012 decree, your donation remains compliant when you contribute at least $5,000 to a certified Puerto Rican non-profit.
