Act 60 Donor Benefits
Under Law 60-2019 – also known as the "Incentive Code" – donors can benefit by contributing up to $10,000 annually to a certified non-profit like Paradiso College Preparatory, which is listed under the Comisión Especial Conjunta de Fondos Legislativos para Impacto Comunitario (CECFL).
Full Donation Option:
Contribute $10,000 directly to us, supporting our mission to combat child poverty.
Split Donation Option:
Allocate $5,000 to a CECFL-listed non-profit and direct the remaining $5,000 to any qualifying organization under section 1101.01 (a)(2) – which can include Paradiso College Preparatory (Corporación para el desarrollo de escuelas alianzas de PR).
For donors holding a Law 22-2012 decree, your donation remains compliant when you contribute at least $5,000 to a certified Puerto Rican non-profit.
